Imitation Batik Fabric Product process

double seam → singeing → back boiled bleaching → mercerizing → roll pre-pull amplitude → printing → steaming → water soaping → pull up starch, wax → rolling light (crimped) → Cut

1 return boiled bleaching: Requires positive reverse osmosis better, capillary must be in 10cm/30 minutes above (normal variety for 5-6cm/30 minutes)

2 mercerizing: The purpose of mercerizing is to stabilize the size, improve the dye absorption, color brightness, improve the surface gloss of the fabric, eliminate wrinkles

Printing: Imitation wax cloth requirements of good penetration, generally used all live printing or live printing process.

Anti-dye salt s 10g

Baking soda 30g

Sea paste (6%) amount/Kg
