Characteristics and Purposes
Ø PEW-0550 is non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive, with very high softening point and viscosity, with good chemical stability, and has good compatibility with resins.
Ø As the lubricant in PVC film, profiles, pipes, plastic processing, it can short the plasticizing time of PVC and reduce the exhalation of catalysts and stabilizers. It has excellent lubrication and demoulding effect, can improve the toughness of plastic products and the mechanical strength, make the surface of the products smooth, flat, and with good transparency, and can increase the yield.
Ø PEW-0550, not only can be the additive or processing agent in light industry, chemical industry, petroleum, and other areas, but also can be the remover of PVC processing, hot melt adhesives, textile finishing, cardboard and paper industries, and release agent of precision casting.
