Vat dyes are divided into four groups according to their chemical structure: indigo dyes, anthraquinone dyes, Anthrone dyes and soluble vat dyes.
① the indigo dyes include the derivatives of indigo and sulfur, the former only blue, such as indigo ( c I reduction blue 1 ); The latter has orange, red, purple, brown, gray and other colors, such as the reduction of pink r ( c I restore red 1 ).
② the important types of anthraquinone and Anthracene dyes are anthraquinone or Anthrone derivatives. The dyed products have bright color and good fastness. Mainly blue, green, brown, gray and other colors, such as reducing blue rsn ( c I vat blue 4 ), reducing brown br ( c I vat brown 1 ), reducing the brilliant green FFB ( c I restore green 1 ), etc.
( 3 ) the soluble vat dye is reduced to water-soluble discontent sulfate salt, known as indigo and Anthracene, such as dissolution peach IR ( c I soluble vat red 1 ) and Anthracene blue IBC ( c I soluble vat blue 6 ), the application is adsorbed by fiber, and then the oxidant acid solution can be treated to color. However, the affinity for the fiber is low, generally suitable for light color.
