Main technology
There are four points:
( 1 ) the utilization rate is not high enough, generally 60 % ~ 70 %, produce a large amount of colored sewage, its chroma is more than 1000 times, the cod value is generally 0.8 ~ 30 thousand ppm, the cod value of concentrated wastewater is more than 50 000 ppm.
( 2 ) in order to suppress the charge of the fiber surface, the active dyes use a considerable amount of electrolyte, not only increase the intensity of labor, but also caused the concentration of chloride ion in wastewater up to more than 10 million ppm, greatly increase the difficulty of treating reactive dyeing wastewater.
( 3 ) some color fastness can not meet the market requirements, such as perspiration, wet rubbing fastness and the fastness of azo - red dye and azo blue dye in light color.
( 4 ) there are few dark varieties which can replace sulfide and vat dyes.
